FOLLOWING THE SOFA PRODUCT GROUP, BÜROTIME RECEIVED A GREENGUARD GOLD CERTIFICATE FOR THE FURNITURE PRODUCT GROUP AS WELL
Operating in compliance with world standards in its 140.000 m2 facilities in the Konya Organized Industrial Zone with modernization works, and an environment-friendly infrastructure and sustainable environment policies, Bürotime was qualified to receive a GREENGUARD Gold certificate in the furniture product group as well, following the sofa product group, after going through tests it was included in throughout the certificate process.
With this internationally acclaimed certificate, Bürotime became the first choice of institutions that prefer green building certificates with the highest recognition and familiarity in the world, such as LEED and BREEAM, as it focused on the productivity of natural resources, and increase awareness in sustainability.
Becoming in 2014 the very first office furniture producer in Turkey that was entitled to get the GREENGUARD certificate, Bürotime gives particular importance to the standards specified within the scope of Environment Legislation, and without a pause continues its international certification works in its area of operation.

WHAT IS A GREENGUARD CERTIFICATE?
GREENGUARD Certificate is a certificate that shows that the chemical substances in the products used indoors are within the limit values determined by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute with regards to indoors air quality. It proves that a particular product has low emission, and contributes to the creation of healthier indoors.
Products are tested within the scope of;
● Total volatile organic compounds (TVOC)
● Formaldehyde
● Health-based limit values for more than 300 VOCs (CREL/ TL Vs) compounds.
